Job Descritpion of HCM Techno Functional Consultant

6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience

We are seeking an experienced Kofax Administrator to support and maintain robust document capture and automation solutions in a high-volume business environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Kofax Capture and Kofax Total Agility (KTA) platforms, with solid technical skills in system configuration, customization, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and support Kofax Capture and related products in enterprise environments.
Plan, design, implement, upgrade, and troubleshoot high-availability Kofax environments, ensuring business continuity in high-volume settings.
Design and build solutions using Kofax Total Agility Designer, including:
Business process configuration.
Document intake and completion workflows.
Develop and configure Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM), including:
Document classification.
Data extraction using locators.
Custom scripting for advanced transformation logic.




Perform custom development to extend Kofax capabilities and enable seamless integration with upstream/downstream document management platforms.
Manage Kofax users, groups, roles, permissions, and system security configurations.
Provide technical support, performance tuning, and maintenance of the Kofax platform.

Technical Skills Required:
Proficient in:
Kofax Capture.
Kofax TotalAgility (KTA).
Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM).
Robust programming and scripting knowledge in:
.NET Framework.
C#.
JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5.
Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
Familiarity with document management system integration is a plus.

Preferred Profile:
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical and business teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
