Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain our products/services, generate leads, and support the sales team. Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries.
Generate and qualify leads through calling.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments or sales discussions when required.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.




Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive relationship.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or a similar role.
Freshers are welcome.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.
Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
