Working DrawingsPrepare accurate GFC/working drawings, construction details and architectural specifications.3. CoordinationCoordinate with Structural, MEP, Civil, Interior and other consultants to resolve design issues.4. Site CoordinationConduct regular site visits and ensure execution is as per approved drawings and design specifications.5. Authority ApprovalsCoordinate drawings and documentation required for approvals from relevant authorities.6. Design QualityEnsure functionality, aesthetics, building standards and project requirements are maintained.7. BOQ & Material SelectionAssist in BOQ preparation, material specifications and selection of architectural finishes.8.



Drawing ManagementMaintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals and issue of latest drawings to site.9. Vendor/Consultant CoordinationCoordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors for technical clarifications and design requirements.10. Project TimelineDeliver drawings, revisions and design inputs within agreed project timelines.11. Quality & ComplianceEnsure designs comply with applicable building codes, development regulations, fire and safety requirements.12. Problem SolvingIdentify design/site discrepancies and provide practical and cost-effective architectural solutions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
