Job Summary

We are looking for an Insurance Coordinator to manage and coordinate insurance-related activities between clients, insurance companies/TPAs, medical centers, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients and healthcare/diagnostic centers for insurance requirements.
Handle insurance eligibility checks, approvals, authorizations, and documentation.
Liaise with insurance companies/TPAs and follow up on pending cases.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between clients, medical centers, and insurers.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of insurance-related processes.
Resolve queries and escalate issues when required.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in healthcare insurance, TPA, hospital, or diagnostic center operations preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Positive follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of healthcare insurance processes is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
