Job Description:

The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving the branch's business, operational, and profitability targets by driving Gold Loan, Investment (Fixed Deposits & Recurring Deposits), and Business Loan portfolios while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and superior customer service.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Drive Gold Loan sourcing and portfolio growth.
Mobilise deposits through Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD).
Source and process eligible Business Loan proposals.
Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Monitor cash management and vault operations.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of transactions.
Oversee inventory,



branch assets, and security arrangements.
Supervise gold appraisal and pledge operations.
Ensure accurate valuation and protected custody of pledged ornaments.
Promote Fixed Deposit and Recurring Deposit schemes.
Lead, motivate, and develop branch employees.
Allocate business targets and monitor individual performance.
