The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for regularly contacting existing customers from the office, taking repeat orders over phone/WhatsApp, accurately recording all order and follow-up information in the company’s Scott Sheet/Excel/CRM, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and the internal sales/operations team.
This is not a field-sales or current-customer acquisition role. The primary responsibility is to improve repeat business from existing customers through disciplined follow-up and good communication.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
