We are looking for a qualified, well-presented Receptionist / Front Office Associate to manage the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business associates. The candidate will be responsible for handling calls, welcoming visitors, coordinating with the sales and management teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and business associates in a skilled and courteous manner.
Handle client enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department/person.
Attend to walk-in clients and coordinate with the Sales Team for client assistance and site visits.
Maintain a proper record of visitors, client enquiries, and appointments.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for management and the sales team.
Provide basic information about the company, projects,



and available properties to visitors and prospective clients.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding client arrivals, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings.
Maintain reception area, brochures, project information, and other front-office materials in an organized manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier, and basic office documentation.
Assist with preparing and maintaining basic reports, records, and data using MS Excel and MS Word.
Support the management and administration team with day-to-day office coordination and other assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
