Responsibilities and Duties

Solid students counseling and interpersonal abilities
Student-centric approach
Daily Follow-ups
Converting leads into Walk-in with prospective students regarding courses, admissions, eligibility criteria, and career prospects
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions through phone calls, video meetings, and in-person interactions.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to maximize conversions
Support applicants in completing application and documentation requirements.
Handle inquiries generated through digital campaigns, events, referrals.
Maintain & Update accurate records in CRM systems
Build robust relationships with students, parents, colleges, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with academic departments and administrative teams.
Prepare admission reports and counseling activity summaries.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
