Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Final salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.)

Monday to Saturday
10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build robust client relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a qualified attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service-related concerns.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through qualified service.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Telecalling, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in email communication.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
