Job Description – Fast Food & Chinese Cook

Position: Quick Food & Chinese Cook

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of fast-food and Chinese dishes according to company recipes and quality standards.
Prepare items such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli paneer, spring rolls, momos, soups, sandwiches, burgers, French fries, and other fast-food items.
Maintain proper taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Prepare ingredients, including cutting, chopping, marinating, and other pre-cooking activities.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, cooking equipment, and work area.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Check the quality and freshness of raw materials.
Manage cooking during busy hours and complete orders on time.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth operations.




Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock usage.
Follow company policies, recipes, and instructions from the kitchen supervisor/manager.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of fast-food and Chinese cooking.
Ability to prepare multiple dishes efficiently.
Knowledge of basic food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Valuable speed and time management.
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
Teamwork and a positive attitude.
Previous experience as a Fast Food/Chinese Cook is preferred.

Working Conditions
Full-time kitchen position.
Flexible working hours/shifts may be required.
Must maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness while working.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
