Manage front office operations, including reception, check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest services.
Supervise and coordinate front office staff, including receptionists and guest service executives.
Ensure a qualified and welcoming experience for all guests and visitors.
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and service issues and ensure timely resolution.
Manage room bookings, reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and other departments.
Monitor room availability, occupancy, arrivals, departures, and VIP guests.
Ensure accurate billing, payments, invoices, and cash handling procedures.
Maintain guest records and ensure proper handling of confidential guest information.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly front-office reports.
Monitor front-office SOPs, service standards, and operational procedures.
Train, coach,



and evaluate front-office employees to improve service quality.
Manage shift schedules, staff allocation, attendance, and performance.
Coordinate special arrangements for VIPs, groups, corporate clients, and special occasions.
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and reviews.
Assist management with revenue, occupancy, upselling, and room-sales targets.
Ensure proper communication during shift handovers and maintain accurate logs.
Handle emergency situations and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified reception/front-office area.
Support management in improving guest experience, operational efficiency, and revenue.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
