We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team and handle B2B sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate current B2B business opportunities.
Convert potential leads into successful business deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:
Experience: 1 – 3 years in IT sales or B2B sales.
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal & written).
Strong Negotiation and Persuasion Skills.
Ability to identify, qualify, and close business opportunities.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
