Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads through telephonic calls and follow up on enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare and share quotations and commercial details with customers.
Follow up regularly on quotations, pending orders, and enquiries.
Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM/ERP.
Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for order execution.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Identify prospects for repeat business and upselling/cross-selling.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
