Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Service Support Executive to provide customer support, coordinate service requests, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage service operations while supporting sales and AMC activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries related to service requests, complaints, and AMC contracts
Coordinate with service engineers for installation, breakdown, and preventive maintenance visits
Manage customer follow-ups and ensure timely closure of service calls
Maintain customer records, service history, and MIS reports
Coordinate with Service teams at various locations and team members for smooth service operations
Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support
Prepare reports and update data in ERP/CRM systems





Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also be considered)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer support, service coordination, or service operations
Experience in customer support, call coordination, or technical service support preferred
Ability to generate current business leads and support sales activities
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Customer-focused with a proactive and target-oriented approach
