As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system health, identifying anomalies, and ensuring seamless operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with multiple teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through timely problem resolution and continuous system evaluation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of system issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Administration.
Good To Have Skills: Solarwinds Administration, Dynatrace Administration.
Experience in configuring and managing Splunk environments to support enterprise-level applications.
Ability to analyze log data and generate meaningful insights to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
Familiarity with alerting and dashboard creation to monitor system health and detect anomalies.
Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Splunk Administration.
This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
