Job Overview:We are a newly launching Cloud Kitchen looking for a skilled, independent Continental Chef de Partie (CDP). You will be solely responsible for managing the continental section, preparing high-quality dishes, and maintaining strict hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook all continental menu items (Pastas, Burgers, Sandwiches, Appetizers, etc.) independently.Handle daily food preparation (mise-en-place) before peak delivery hours.Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control for every order.





Manage raw material inventory and reduce kitchen food wastage.

Read and process orders quickly from the kitchen display screen/POS printer.

Maintain top-tier cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI guidelines.

Requirements:Solid knowledge of continental ingredients, sauces, and cooking techniques.

Ability to work fast under pressure during peak lunch and dinner delivery rushes.Must be punctual, clean, and organized.Basic understanding of food packaging for delivery is a plus.
