Position: Management Trainee
Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in Retail Management, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related specialization.
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in retail, buying, merchandising, or operations.
well-groomed and professionally presentable.
Positive English communication skills & Tamil-speaking preferred for effective communication with customers, store teams, and local vendors.
Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
Good knowledge of MS Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
Robust coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel to stores, markets, and vendors when required.
Solid interest in building a career in Retail Operations and Buying
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
