Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:15 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Eligibility:
Any Graduate
MSCIT certified
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Positive typing speed and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain purchase-related data in company software and records.
Upload invoices, bills, and supporting documents into the system.
Verify purchase entries and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts teams for documentation and record updates.
Maintain digital and physical filing of purchase documents.
Generate basic reports and assist in data reconciliation activities.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the department.

Required Skills:
Basic computer proficiency.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Preferred:
MSCIT certification.
Familiarity with Excel functions and data management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
