Key Responsibilities
Manage daily bodyshop and accident repair operations.
Lead and monitor technicians, denting, painting, and support staff.
Ensure quality repair and timely vehicle delivery.
Monitor bodyshop revenue, productivity, and monthly targets.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Insurance companies, surveyors, and customers.
Monitor job cards, estimates, approvals, and insurance claims.
Ensure proper quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Maintain workshop tools, equipment, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with Service, Parts, and other departments.





Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile bodyshop operations.
Experience in a car dealership/OEM bodyshop preferred.
Good knowledge of denting, painting, accident repairs, and insurance processes.
Solid leadership and team-handling skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Employment Type: Full time
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹20,737.06 - ₹50,186.52 per month
