As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the evolving needs of the organization. The engineer acts as the central liaison, facilitating communication and driving progress to deliver high-quality software tailored to business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Oversee the integration of recent features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Conga CPQ solutions to meet complex business needs.
Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the Salesforce Conga CPQ environment.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce Conga CPQ with other enterprise systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
