Content Strategist:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Strategist who can plan, execute, and manage content strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media trends, content planning, and shoot execution while coordinating with creators and the production team.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute social media content strategies for multiple clients
Coordinate with creators, cameramen, and editors for shoot execution
Create detailed content calendars and shoot plans
Ensure smooth execution of shoots as per planned strategy
Stay updated with latest social media trends, reels & viral content formats
Monitor and improve organic reach, engagement & growth
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
Brainstorm current content ideas that align with brand goals




Maintain qualified communication with clients and internal team

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in social media strategy / content planning
Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
Hands-on experience in content planning & shoot management
Knowledge of trending formats, reels & viral content
Basic understanding of analytics & growth strategies
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously

Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Experience working with influencers or content creators
Knowledge of video production & storytelling
Creative mindset with strong execution ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
