We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Engineering Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of hotel facilities.
Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG set, STP, solar plant, and other engineering systems.
Coordinate with external contractors and AMC service providers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
Monitor utility consumption and assist in cost-control initiatives.
Maintain maintenance logs, equipment records, and inventory of engineering supplies.
Attend guest maintenance requests promptly and ensure minimal downtime.

Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering or Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
2–5 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of hotel maintenance operations will be an added advantage.
Robust troubleshooting, communication, and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
