Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Noida

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 Am to 7:00 PM.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced retail workplace.

Responsibilities

● Generate revenue by identifying and converting high-potential HNI and B2B prospects.

● Present and promote the company’s investment model to prospective clients and partners.

● Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire and retain HNI clients.

● Drive the end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

● Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.





● Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.

● Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings.

● Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.

● Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance in all client interactions and documentation.

Requirements

● Proven track record in business development, B2B sales.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers and HNI clients confidently

● A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is Mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
