Job Title: HR Trainee – Talent Acquisition

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and end-to-end hiring activities. The trainee will support the HR department in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent while gaining practical knowledge of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.





Support in conducting initial HR interviews and assessments.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Assist in employer branding activities and campus recruitment drives.

Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Robust interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and solid interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
