Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to hardware and software.
Assist in the installation and configuration of structured cabling systems.
Perform wire pulling and ensure proper cable management.
Support basic firewall configurations and troubleshooting.
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with senior technical staff to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications and Requirements
Educational background in ITI or related technical field.




Basic knowledge of structured cabling and wire pulling techniques.
