Job Description
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to handle electrical, plumbing and general maintenance across our multiple serviced apartment and hotel properties in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day electrical and plumbing maintenance across properties.
Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from rooms and common areas.
Repair switches, sockets, lights, fans, geysers, MCBs, wiring and other electrical issues.
Handle plumbing issues including taps, flushes, toilets, wash basins, showers, leaks and water lines.
Carry out regular preventive maintenance and inspections of rooms and property equipment.
Attend to basic issues with water pumps, motors and other maintenance equipment.
Identify potential problems and fix them before they become major breakdowns.
Maintain a record of maintenance work and materials used.
Coordinate with external vendors when specialised repairs are required.
Travel between company properties as required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical, plumbing or building maintenance.
Positive practical knowledge of both electrical and plumbing work.
Hotel, serviced apartment, residential or facility-management experience preferred.
ITI Electrical / relevant technical qualification preferred.
Must be able to troubleshoot and work independently.
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
Good communication and qualified behaviour.
Important: This is a mobile maintenance role covering multiple properties in Bengaluru, so the candidate must be comfortable travelling between locations.
