About the Role

Megamet Company is hiring a Tele caller/ Debt Collection to manage client communication and payment follow-ups for our B2B timber and building materials trading business. The role requires fluent English and a proactive approach to collections and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Follow up with B2B clients on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

· Make and receive calls to existing and prospective clients regarding orders, dues, and account status

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment status





· Coordinate with the sales/accounts team to resolve payment discrepancies

· Escalate overdue accounts as per company protocol

· Build and maintain skilled client relationships over calls

Requirements

· 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, collections, or client servicing (B2B preferred)

· Fluent English communication (spoken and written)

· Robust follow-up discipline and negotiation skills

· Basic computer/MS Excel proficiency for tracking calls and payments

· Prior experience in timber, building materials, or B2B trading industry is a plus

Pay: ₹9,580.21 - ₹21,000.00 per month
