Role Purpose:

The Regional Sales Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving Sales revenue, fleet utilization, and market expansion for AWP/MEWP equipment in the assigned region. The role requires robust local market presence, customer engagement, and the ability to generate consistent business.
Business Development
Drive rental revenue growth and achieve monthly/annual targets
Increase fleet utilization across the assigned region
Identify new sales opportunities in construction, infrastructure, maintenance, and industrial projects
Promote short-term and long-term AMC solutions
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, project managers, and industrial clients Generate repeat business through strong customer engagement Handle enquiries, site visits,



and sales negotiations

Map key contractors, builders, and industrial customers in the region
Expand customer base through field visits and networking

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
