Role Overview

RNS PU College is seeking highly motivated, result-oriented, and experienced Full time Lecturers to train our Pre-University (PU) students for competitive entrance exams (KCET, JEE Main, and NEET). The ideal candidates must possess deep subject matter expertise, a proven track record of producing top ranks, and the ability to seamlessly integrate the board syllabus with competitive training.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Delivery: Deliver high-quality lectures aligning the Karnataka PU Board syllabus with KCET/JEE/NEET requirements.
Exam Strategy: Teach time-management hacks, elimination methods, and advanced objective problem-solving techniques.
Doubt Resolution: Conduct regular, structured doubt-clearing sessions to ensure no student falls behind academically.
Performance Tracking: Design and evaluate micro-tests,



chapter-wise tests, and grand mock test series to regularly monitor learning progress.
Mentorship: Provide targeted guidance to both high-achievers aiming for top ranks and students requiring additional remedial support.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Master’s Degree (M.Sc / M.Tech/ Ph.D) in the relevant stream.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of dedicated experience teaching JEE (Main) or NEET batches in reputed PU colleges or national-level coaching institutes.
Syllabus Command: In-depth knowledge of the NCERT / Karnataka PU Board framework combined with the current patterns of national competitive exams.
Work Environment: State-of-the-art campus infrastructure, well-equipped laboratories, and a cooperative workspace at our campus on Dr. Vishnuvardhan Road, Channasandra, R R Nagar Post, Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹78,000.00 per month
