Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Prepare and publish job descriptions across relevant job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.
Manage the employee onboarding and induction process.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, salary, and workplace processes.
Assist in payroll coordination and ensure timely sharing of attendance and salary-related information.
Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and company guidelines.




Monitor employee performance and coordinate with managers for performance reviews and appraisals.
Manage employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
Track probation periods, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
Conduct exit interviews and maintain employee separation records.
Ensure proper documentation during employee resignation and full & final settlement processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Prepare regular HR reports and recruitment MIS for management.
Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Assist management in building a positive workplace culture and employee experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
