Key Responsibilities
Manage U.S. client relationships and communication
Lead, mentor & manage accounting/bookkeeping teams
Oversee QBO bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP, AR & GL
Manage month-end & year-end closing
Review U.S. tax-related activities and compliance
Ensure accuracy, quality & timely client deliverables
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

Key Skills
Robust U.S. Accounting & Bookkeeping experience
QuickBooks Online (QBO)
U.S. Tax & Compliance knowledge
Month-End & Year-End Close
Client Management & Communication
Team Management & Leadership
U.S. GAAP & Financial Reporting

Preferred
CPA / EA / CMA / relevant accounting qualification
QBO ProAdvisor | QBD experience
Outsourced Accounting / CAS / CPA firm experience

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
