We are hiring an Accountant for Aman Traders, a Coca-Cola distribution unit. The candidate will primarily work at our unit in Tetelia, Jalukbari, Guwahati and will be responsible for day-to-day accounting and banking activities.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally.
Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Maintain daily cash records and perform cash reconciliation.
Handle cash deposits and cheque deposits at the bank.
Maintain vouchers, bills and supporting documents.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain banking records.
Maintain accurate records of expenses, receipts and payments.
Coordinate with the Head Office and management regarding accounts and banking activities.
Perform other routine accounting-related duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience is required.
Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of accounting and bookkeeping.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to handle cash and banking transactions responsibly.
Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsible, punctual and organised.
