Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commi 1 specializing in Continental Cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Continental food preparation, positive kitchen discipline, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assist in Continental dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and plating.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen section at all times.
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and mise en place.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.




Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service operations.

Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Continental cuisine.
Valuable knowledge of sauces, grills, pastas, steaks, and European cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
