Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to manage paid digital campaigns and generate high-quality leads for CANAM Consultants.

Responsibilities
Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns.
Plan and optimize lead-generation campaigns.
Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
Test different audiences, creatives, and campaigns.
Track and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
Work with the creative and counselling teams to improve results.

Requirements
2–5 years of performance marketing experience.
Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Valuable understanding of lead generation and digital funnels.
Data-driven and analytical mindset.
Experience with GA4, tracking, and remarketing is a plus.

Key Goal

Generate high-quality leads at the lowest possible cost and contribute to overall admissions and business growth.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
