The Crew Member is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and smooth service. The employee must follow company standards, food safety procedures, and instructions provided by the Outlet Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare food items according to Rail Rolls recipes, standards, and procedures.
Maintain proper hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and productive service.
Handle food preparation, packing, serving, and counter operations as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, counters, equipment, and storage areas.
Check food ingredients and report shortages, damages, or wastage to the Outlet Manager.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
