Position: Field Sales Executive
Experience: Minimum 3 Years of Real Estate Sales Experience
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification
Graduation in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Robust knowledge of field sales and client handling.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good confidence and convincing ability.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
Conduct client meetings and property/site visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure of deals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
