We are looking for an HR Operations Executive with strong experience in HR data management, HR analytics, Keka HRMS, and HR operations. Experience in payroll processing is required, but it will be a secondary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate employee data and records in Keka HRMS.
Handle HR data management, reporting, analytics, dashboards, and trackers.
Ensure data accuracy across employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR processes.
Generate and analyze HR reports and provide relevant insights.
Support and coordinate payroll inputs, validations, and payroll-related data.
Support the implementation and adherence to HR policies and processes.
Ensure accurate HR documentation and record management.




Support onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and exit formalities.

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in HR Operations.
Solid hands-on experience with HR data management and HR analytics.
Solid proficiency in Keka HRMS and MS Excel.
Experience in creating and managing HR reports, dashboards, and trackers.
Valuable understanding of payroll processes and payroll coordination.
Knowledge of HR policies and employee lifecycle processes.
Experience with onboarding and exit processes is a plus.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws is an added advantage.
