Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and allocate daily workload based on manpower, priorities, and pending activities.
Manage RTV stock receipt, physical verification, system reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
Segregate stock PT-wise and Style Code-wise for refurbishment or direct rack-in.
Manage the complete refurbishment process, including product opening, QC, defect identification, and spare requirements.
Conduct QC as per defined SOPs and buyer requirements and segregate Positive/Damaged stock.
Manage spare identification, QC, inwarding, segregation, packaging, and traceability.
Coordinate with Admin for packaging materials and ensure proper storage and usage.
Ensure timely system inward of refurbished products with accurate tagging and traceability.
Coordinate with RTV, Rack-in, Inward, PH, Admin,



and Vendor teams for smooth stock movement.
Maintain daily stock records, refurbishment status, spare inward, and pending stock MIS.
Support ticket-related spare inward and buyer-specific QC requirements.
Monitor productivity and dynamically reallocate manpower to meet daily targets and TAT.
