Job Description

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-skilled Telecaller to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone, explaining our company's products and services, understanding client requirements, and scheduling meetings with interested prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Introduce and explain our company's services in a clear and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Generate interest in our services and convert calls into potential business opportunities.
Schedule meetings between interested clients and our sales/business team.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings.
Follow up with clients regularly and maintain valuable professional relationships.




Achieve daily/weekly calling and meeting-scheduling targets.
Handle client queries politely and professionally.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and skilled telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
Ability to convince and engage potential clients.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
