Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Assist customers with product information, orders, deliveries, payments, and complaints.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, production, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Track customer orders and provide regular updates on delivery status.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate customer records, feedback, and service-related data.
Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat orders, and service satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or manager.
Support customer retention and build positive long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain a qualified and customer-friendly approach while representing Legit Farms.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
