Transcribe medical reports, doctors' notes, discharge summaries, operative notes, consultation notes, and other clinical documents.
Accurately interpret and type dictated medical information.
Maintain correct medical terminology, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
Review and proofread transcribed reports for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure patient information and medical records are handled with strict confidentiality.
Identify unclear or incomplete information and clarify it with the concerned doctor/department when required.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of completed reports.
Complete assigned transcription work within the required turnaround time.
Follow hospital policies, medical-record standards, and data privacy requirements.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, medical records, and other departments when necessary.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
