Must have knowledge of CNC and VMC machines
Identifying skill and competency gaps among shop-floor employees through regular performance evaluation.
Providing structured technical training to recent hires, particularly Production Specialists and QC Inspectors with a focus to improve desired productivity.
Developing role-specific training programs based on actual operational requirements rather than relying only on traditional training programs.
Working closely with Production, Quality, and other functions to identify recurring skill-related challenges and address them through targeted training.
Establishing a solid and sustainable training mechanism and learning culture within the plant.
Supporting the technical development of the workforce and building a stronger talent pipeline for future operational requirements.
Adhering training calendar for audit requirements
