Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Supervise and support restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance evaluation.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of restaurant employees.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
Assist in controlling food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses.
Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Support promotional activities and initiatives to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Prepare operational reports and assist in achieving business and financial objectives.
Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, protected, and welcoming workplace at all times.

Pay: ₹14,765.57 - ₹50,162.47 per month
