Key Areas of Experience
Arbitration & MSME disputes
MSME cases and proceedings
IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code) matters
Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act) matters
Legal research and case-law analysis
Legal drafting and documentation
Court and Tribunal proceedings
Case preparation and legal strategy
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented advocate with solid legal research, drafting, analytical and communication skills, and a keen interest in MSME disputes, Arbitration, IBC and commercial litigation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
