We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage workers, maintain product quality, and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure targets are met.
Lead, allocate, and schedule the worker team.
Monitor production processes and ensure timely completion of orders.
Ensure product quality and workplace safety standards.
Maintain daily production records and logs.
Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Identify and resolve production-related issues.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/production supervision.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Valuable communication skills.
Malayalam proficiency is mandatory.
Ability to manage workers and production schedules effectively.
Responsible, organized, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
