Job Description: Canon image RUNNER Series Photocopier Engineer

Position Summary
Responsible for installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support of Canon imageRUNNER (iR / iR-ADV / iRC) multifunction devices.
Handle breakdown calls, preventive maintenance, network configuration, and ensure SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Install and configure Canon photocopiers including network, scan, and print features.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and image-quality issues.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document reports.
Configure drivers, scanning, SMB, LDAP, and email settings.
Communicate professionally with customers and update service reports.
Manage spare parts responsibly and follow company SOPs.





Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of Canon iR & iR-ADV series troubleshooting.
Understanding of LAN, DHCP, IP settings, SMB, FTP, email scan.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
Experience with models like iR 2525, 2006N, 2425, 2725, iR ADV 4525, 4825, iRC3326 Color is preferred.
