Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental dishes as per standard recipes.
Support the CDP and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Complete mise en place and ensure all ingredients are prepared before service.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned workstation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs at all times.
Assist during busy service periods and ensure timely order execution.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
Maintain proper coordination with the kitchen team.
Pay: ₹10,210.48 - ₹24,908.49 per month
