Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Lathe machines as per job requirements
Read and interpret basic engineering drawings
Set and adjust tool offsets/wear offsets for dimensional accuracy
Check components using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.)
Monitor machining process and ensure quality as per specifications
Perform basic troubleshooting and maintain machine cleanliness
Maintain production and inspection records

Requirements:
ITI (Turner/Machinist/CNC Programming or related trade)
Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation
Hands-on knowledge of wear offset / tool offset setting
Working knowledge of measuring instruments
Ability to read basic drawings/GD&T; is a plus
Experience: Freshers with solid ITI knowledge may apply; 1 year of experience is preferred.
