· Prepare detailed cost estimates for renovation, interior fit-out, and recent building construction projects.

· Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements for renovation and interior works.

· Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

· Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and material estimates.

· Analyse project requirements and identify potential cost-saving prospects.

· Coordinate with the Procurement, Project, and Design teams during the estimation process.

· Prepare tender documents, cost summaries, and pricing schedules.

· Update estimation databases with current material and labour costs.

· Assist in preparing project budgets and monitoring cost variations.

· Ensure estimates comply with company standards, client requirements, and project specifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
