Job Title: Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, excellent knowledge of automobile sales, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
Monitor daily sales activities, enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and team performance.
Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities for business growth.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer service.




Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Recruit, train, and develop sales executives to improve team performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and brand standards.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in a managerial or team-leading role.
Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Valuable knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and team management.
Ability to analyse reports and make strategic business decisions.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
